Jarrett Barrios serves as the Senior Vice President for International Services and Services to Armed Forces at the American Red Cross. In his role, he provides oversight and direction for all global American Red Cross programs, including support to U.S. service members, veterans and their families around the world; international disaster response and recovery efforts; the Global Disaster Preparedness Center; the Measles and Rubella Initiative; and resiliency programming partnerships in 14 nations in Asia, Latin America and Oceania. He also represents the American Red Cross within the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
